By any definition, the “Deuce” Ford is a milestone in automobile development, and worthy of special attention according to Larry Erickson, chief designer for Ford Motor Company. Years after its introduction, the '32 Ford played a major role in the development of the hot rod. For 75 years, this automotive revolution has continued, as these cast-off cars, originally built in backyards and small garages, performed far beyond their original capabilities.
