The charity which Troy has chosen is Friedreich's Ataxia.
Friedreich's Ataxia is a slowly progressive disorder of the nervous system and muscles. This condition is caused by degeneration of nerve tissue in the spinal cord and of nerves that extend to peripheral areas such as the arms and legs. The whole team at Rad Rides is proud to participate in this project and thanks the Ford Motor Co. for the opportunity.

Troy Trepanier represents one of the automotive world’s true renaissance builders. He certainly holds one of the most esteemed positions for builders past and present. He’s prolific, he’s a perfectionist, and he’s a more than worthy entry in the Darryl Starbird Hall of Fame. Troys works represent some of the most innovative and cleverly detailed works in our industry.... and this talent is displayed perfectly in his pedal car !
